Not Your Child's Backpack – This Thing Holds 40 Cans Of Soda🥫🥤 Nice!
I'm really happy with this backpack – though somehow, backpack feels too small a word. I remember my children wearing backpacks to scool, so that's where my brain goes when I hear that word. This… is not the same thing. This is definitely for people who spend a lot of time outdoors – hikers, hunters, fishermen, and I'm sure plenty of others. It would be splendid for a day at the beach, an outdoor barbecue, or some other gathering. I bring up hikers because I can just see them finding a use for every zipper and every pocket. The fabric is leak-proof and water-resistant, if not fully waterproof. Did I forget to mention that its main job is to be an insulated cooler? The listing says it will hold 40 soda cans, and there are two side holders for wine bottles or water bottles. My goodness, that's a lot of liquid. A load like that would be difficult to carry, which is probably why it has a nice set of padded shoulder straps to help distribute the weight across your shoulders and back. There are so many pockets on this thing that I got lost looking at them all. In my opinion, the zipper quality is questionable. I don't have a lot of faith that they'll last as long as the bag itself. There is one little letdown, though it's not a huge problem. There is a place for your lunch or snacks on the very top of the pack – a separate insulated zippered compartment above the sodas. In my opinion, it's a bit small. It just seems like with a backpack this large, they could have made that pouch hold a little more food. This will be a Christmas gift for my son. He is an avid fisherman and takes his son out on the water with him. No, they don't need 40 sodas, so there will still be plenty of room for their lunch as well. I hope they get lots of use out of it. I guess, if they wanted to, they could even put their catch in the pack on ice. I have a much smaller cooler pack like this – really just a lunch box. We've had it for at least 20 years. I have thrown that thing in the washing machine countless times. I would presume you could do the same with this one. And once you're done, it folds down to become very compact. To keep it folded, I just use some of the side straps to tie it down. It's perfect. The price is around $23, and I think that's well worth it. I may even get my son-in-law one. They are always heading off somewhere.

Insulation and insulating capacity is OK, it doesn't seem to keep ice totally frozen for fully as long as advertised, but given how lightweight and compact it is, I can accept that. It definitely IS insulated to some degree and even when totally chock full of ice and some water you can only barely feel the cold through the bag. The exterior and interior materials feel durable enough and the walls are surprisingly thin. The volume of the main cooler zone is large enough that you can stuff enough liquid & ice (beverages included) that it feels like you're overloading the durability of the stitching and seams of the bag. I try to not load it up that much as I'm scared it'll break at a strap or a seam, however it has not given any indication of breaking. Loading it to absolute maximum as displayed in the product photos would make me nervous. The plethora of pockets all over it is fantastic and it's nice to be able to bring all sorts of related extras or just have other assorted items along with the convenience of the backpack cooler. Top additional insualted zone is a great little addition for separated things that you don't want to get wet or swim around with the items in the main pocket and get crushed. Also, in some instances I have filled the top area with ice or ice packs and it kind of acts as a top-down additional cooling supplement to assist keeping the main compartment cold for longer. I found a good balance to prevent a cold swimming pool where everything is floating about within by utilizing gallon freezer ziplock bags full of ice amongst the items to be chilled. Comfort as a backpack is pretty good, it has some decent structure to itself, but when loaded all the way down it can be a hair uncomfortable and unergonomic. It's an attractive design in my opinion and I like the gray color and texture of the exterior fabric. Interior "fabric" and liner are also nice and sleek and it is very easy to wipe clean. So far very impressed with absolutely zero leaks, even when I've had it filled up with 12 inches of ice with water all inbetween. Big phone pocket on the backpack strap is a nice little touch. Zipper quality is good and easy enough to zip, although the general floppiness of the bag can sometimes jam up the ability to zip or unzip in one quick easy throw. Different colors seem to have difference prices, which is common for Amazon. At the time of ordering this was $30, but now it is ~$34. I think the value is great, compared to competing products that are easily double to triple the price, this punches well above its price point. Hoping that despite my concerns for how lightweight this is it'll hold up well when loaded down and carried all around. Material

This backpack cooler is great for picnics, Trail heights, or even going out to the beach. To be able to throw it on your back fully loaded just walk is a big plus. I've even seen these being used for food delivery. But that's beside the point. 40 cans would fit, but it would be very heavy. So words to the wise, pack more than drinks. LOL. The cooler does hold the cold very well it allows for you to be able to take longer trips and do many things without the worry of it leaking due to its good insulation and inner lining the large pockets on the outside give you access to any utensils and napkins or anything else you may have. The shoulder straps are nice and comfortable and well padded. I've seen no leaks and I feel this is decently priced for what you actually get. All in all I do like this cooler backpack I would recommend it.

It's summer football season and I gotta root for my team The Gamblers. We like to tailgate outside the stadium, and carrying a big giant cooler for our drinks isn't always the most convenient way to transport things. This backpack holds a ton of volume, and lets us put in a full case of sodas and adult beverages and still have room for ice and some bottles of ketchup and mustard. The side pockets let us also hold a few other items, and the top lets us add some bread and cheese and keep it cool without getting crushed. The backpack makes it easy to sling over your back and take wherever you're planning to set up.

Even if you don't use it for sodas, it has a ton of volume. I've used it to haul laundry, carry photo equipment, pack clothes for a quick trip, and I imagine the uses are endless. I love the pistachio color – it really stands out and makes it easy to keep an eye on. The straps adjust very easily, and it's comfortable to wear, even when loaded down. The zippers are well-made, and the mesh stays tight even after use. Overall, I'm super happy with this backpack, and a standard part of our tailgating kit.

This cooler backpack is very useful!! We got it for a beach picnic and it worked great.
The insulated compartments kept our drinks and snacks cold for hours, and I liked having separate sections to keep everything organized. It held a lot more than I expected and was easy to carry thanks to the backpack design.
The straps were comfortable and it was much easier than carrying a traditional cooler across the sand. The material feels durable and well made.
Definitely a great cooler backpack for beach trips, picnics, parks, and family outings. We were really happy with it!
