Does this constantly run? Does it recirculate the water?

The water constantly runs but you can control the flow rate with your spigot. The water is not recirculated and will ultimately overflow the pool. Your dogs will have lots of fun with this splash pad.

Should this piece of hose used to connect the pad be included?

Mine did not come with a piece of tubing. There is a “quick connect” spout that you could screw in for the hose or you can just screw in the hose directly. The additional spout was in the bag with the repair patch.

What is your process for drying this item before storage?

Typically, I would recommend hanging the pool over a fence or large bush to allow any remaining water to seep out and dry; and be careful to place the fill as low as possible so that most of the water can drain out. Hope this helps!

Does the water spray all inside like the picture?

Sometimes shooting straight up in the air and falling in and out of the outer tube. But it’s a lot of fun and enjoy it as well. However, you can also manually grab the edge of the water pad and roll it inward to your satisfaction.
